The AnalytikJena VisiDoc-it Imaging System combines the image processor, LCD display screen and monochrome camera with a mini darkroom hood or a 3-axis camera stand for economical gel documentation. This unique configuration is excellent for multiple user laboratories. A computer is not required, but network connectivity is available for transfer of images directly to your computer. Applications include fluorescent, non-fluorescent & colorimetric gels: Coomassie Blue, Silver Stain, Autorad film, colony plates, fluorescent gels.
The AnalytikJena VisiDoc-it Imaging System features a monochrome CCD camera with zoom lens to provide 8-bit depth for quick image capture and documentation. The camera connects to the image processor/display unit, which has LCD touch screen, 6 button touch pad controls and software for camera integration, image exposure and file save options. Images are displayed on the LCD screen which pivots for optimum viewing angle. Save images in 8 or 12-bit TIFF or 8-bit JPG formats to the 64GB (minimum spec) CompactFlash memory card or transfer images via USB or network connectivity. Mounts to a range of AnalytikJena's UV Transilluminators with active areas up to 21cm x 26cm.

- Camera mounting system configuration options:
- VisiDoc-It Hood: Mount the camera to the lightweight and compact hood to create a darkroom environment. Includes handles on sides for easy movement of the hood from transilluminator. Accomodates transilluminator filter maximum active areas up to 21cm x 25cm.
- VisiDoc-It Camera Stand: Mount the camera to a stand which is positioned over the platform and allows 3-axis movement of the camera.
- Transilluminator: Transilluminator is not included in VisiDoc-It system and must be order separately.
- Darkroom Hood accomodates UV Transilluminators with active areas up to 21cm x 26cm.

- Transilluminator Converter Plates maximize transilluminator capabilities by using a converter plate to convert the transilluminator's 302nm UV wavelength to different wavelengths for visualizing a variety of gels. Place the specially designed plate on the transilluminator filter surface.
