The HOM-100 Knife Mill is ideal for the analytical grinding, homogenization, and mixing of soft to medium-hard, aqueous, fatty, fibrous and dry materials in only a few seconds. The HOM-100 is specially designed for the grinding of fish, bacon, sausage, or any type of meat, vegetables, cheese, preserves, seeds, dry baked goods and pastries, and almost any aqueous, fatty and fibrous samples. 

Applications

The HOM-100 Knife Mill is ideal for the grinding, homogenizing and mixing of material which can be soft, medium-hard, elastic, dry, fibrous, and containing water, fats, or oils.  Examples include candy, cereal bars, cereals, cheese, coated tablets, cocoa nibs, deep-frozen products, dietary supplements, dried and fresh fruit, feed pellets, fish, ham, lettuce, meat, nuts, oil seeds, pharmaceutical materials, plant materials, sausages, soap, spices, and vegetables.  Used in a variety of industries such as:
