Product Description
MRC Laboratories AC Series Ultrasonic Baths
Are precision cleaning systems designed for laboratories, manufacturing and repair facilities, jewelers, medical and dental facilities, and for any application requiring reliable and efficient liquid bath ultrasonic cleaning. Operating at 40 kHz with power adjustable from 30% to 100%, the AC Series provides tailored cleaning performance for delicate glassware, industrial components, and sensitive electronic parts. Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel stamped tanks (no welding gaps), moisture-proof electronics, and ceramic heaters, these ultrasonic baths deliver long service life and consistent results. Provides adjustable heating to 80°C, and simple mechanical controls for repeatable daily use. With capacities from 3L to 27L, the AC Series supports applications ranging from laboratory sample preparation to industrial maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards for professional use.
This is the AC (fixed ultrasonic power) version, and also available is the ACP (power-adjustable) versions. AC models include Normal/Soft power modes, while ACP models adds 30%–100% power adjustability and a memory function for consistent cleaning cycles and an easy upgrade path when you need more control.
These ultrasonic bath series combines ,

Reusable brass and related hardware (process-appropriate items only).
Features
- 40kHz ultrasonic cleaning for consistent cavitation-based scrubbing that reaches intricate geometries and blind holes more effectively than manual cleaning.
- AC Series has fixed ultrasonic power levels with Normal (100%) / Soft (½ power) modes for general vs. delicate applications.
- Stamped SUS304 stainless steel tank (no welding gaps) for improved waterproof integrity and easier cleaning of the tank itself.
- Adjustable heating (20–80°C) to improve cleaning performance (warm solutions help soften oils/grease and support more effective cleaning action).
- Simple mechanical controls + clear LED bar indicators for temperature and timer status.
- Moisture-proofed PCB + industrial-grade IC/transducer + cooling fan for durability in lab/industrial environments.
- Convenient included accessories: stainless steel lid and mesh basket (helps prevent items contacting the tank bottom).

FAQs
Q1: What’s the difference between the AC Series and the ACP Series?
A1: AC models use fixed ultrasonic power per tank size and include Normal (100%) / Soft (½ power) modes for general vs. delicate cleaning. ACP models add 30%–100% power adjustability plus a memory function, ideal when you need tighter process control across mixed part types or sensitive items.
Q2: How does an ultrasonic cleaner work, and why is it better than manual cleaning?
A2:Ultrasonic cleaning uses high-frequency pressure waves to create cavitation bubbles in the liquid. When those bubbles collapse near a surface, they produce localized scrubbing action that reaches microscopic crevices and complex shapes— areas brushes and wipes often miss.
Q3: Can solvents or flammable liquids be used in the tank?
A3: Water-based or mild detergent solutions are permitted and specialty cleaning fluids designed for ultrasonic baths can also be used. Other non-acidic mild cleaning agents can also be used. For removing tarnish, carbon & rust from non-plated metals, it is recommended to use specialist cleaning solutions specifically intended for use in ultrasonic cleaning. Flammable solvents (alcohol, gasoline) must never be used.
Q4: How long can the baths be operate continuously?
A4: Maximum recommended run time is 30 minutes, followed by a cooling period of at least 30 minutes.
Q5: What cleaning temperature is optimal?
A4: Best results are achieved at 40–60°C, using warm water with a mild detergent.
Q6: What safety standards does the ACP Series comply with?
A6: The AC series baths are all CE certified and comply with EN 61010-1.
Q7: What is included with the unit?
A7: Each bath comes with the main unit, stainless steel lid, power cord, mesh basket, outlet filter, and user manual.
