Q2: Can solvents or flammable liquids be used in the tank?
A2: Water-based or mild detergent solutions are permitted and specialty cleaning fluids designed for ultrasonic baths can also be used. Other non-acidic mild cleaning agents can also be used. For removing tarnish, carbon & rust from non-plated metals, it is recommended to use specialist cleaning solutions specifically intended for use in ultrasonic cleaning. Flammable solvents (alcohol, gasoline) must never be used.
Q3: How long can the ACP Series operate continuously?
A3: Maximum recommended run time is 30 minutes, followed by a cooling period of at least 30 minutes.
Q4: What cleaning temperature is optimal?
A4: Best results are achieved at 40–60°C, using warm water with a mild detergent.
Q5: What safety standards does the ACP Series comply with?
A5: The ACP series baths are all CE certified and comply with EN 61010-1.
