Product Description
MRC DNO Series Natural Convection Drying Ovens, 20L to 300L
are dependable “hot air” laboratory ovens for routine drying, sterilization, baking, and controlled elevated-temperature storage up to 200°C. This is a gravity / natural convection drying ovens, without mechanical / forced-air convection. This is often preferred when you want gentle airflow (less turbulence) and consistent heating for everyday lab workflows, while forced-air models emphasize faster heat transfer and circulation. The MRC DNO Series Natural Convection Drying Ovens provide reliable, uniform hot-air heating for routine laboratory drying, sterilization, baking, and controlled elevated-temperature storage up to 200°C. Designed for accuracy and durability, these ovens combine natural convection airflow with PID temperature control to maintain stable chamber conditions even after setpoint changes, door openings or load changes. Stainless steel interior chambers, adjustable shelving, and double-wall insulated construction ensure consistent performance while minimizing heat loss, and the stainless-steel interior is corrosion resistant and easy to clean, and a see-through window lets you check samples without opening the door, protecting temperature stability and process consistency. Labgear offers the full DNO Series—ranging from compact 20 liter benchtop models to the large 300 liter floor-standing units. These low power consumption ovens are well suited for laboratories and production environments requiring dependable thermal processing without forced-air turbulence.

FAQs
What is the maximum operating temperature of the DNO Series ovens?
All DNO Series natural convection ovens operate from ambient +5°C up to a maximum of 200°C with PID temperature control.
How does natural convection differ from forced-air ovens?
Natural convection ovens rely on passive airflow, reducing turbulence and making them ideal for sensitive samples that may be disturbed by fans or forced circulation.
What level of temperature accuracy can I expect?
The DNO Series provides temperature stability of ±0.5°C at 100°C and ±1.0°C at 200°C when properly installed and ventilated.
Are shelves included with the oven?
Yes. Smaller models include two adjustable stainless-steel shelves, while the 300 L model includes four shelves as standard.
What electrical supply is required?
Units are available for 110VAC/60Hz or 220VAC/50-60 Hz operation. Please specify voltage at time of order.
