Applications
Gentle Liquid Blending
Provides efficient axial circulation for buffer preparation, dilution, pH adjustment, liquid-additive incorporation, reagent mixing, and other processes that require broad vessel turnover without concentrated high shear.
Solids Suspension
Strong top-to-bottom flow can help lift and distribute fine or moderately settling particles in light slurries, catalyst mixtures, and laboratory suspensions.
Powder Incorporation
The vessel-scale circulation can help draw readily wetted powders, salts, buffer components, catalysts, and formulation additives into the liquid and distribute them through the batch.
Heat Transfer and Temperature Equalization
Axial circulation repeatedly moves liquid past vessel walls, heating or cooling jackets, coils, immersion heaters, and temperature probes to support more uniform batch temperatures.
