MRC Labs K-5D Series Digital Multi-Position Heating Mantles with 3/6 heating positions has internal individual position heat controls.  Built for long term usage in industrial and laboratory applications, including 24/7 operation.

• Easy regulation of each heater by individual built-in solid state electronic controls,
• Continuous operation of the units during daily extraction tests permitted by robust construction,
• Options of three or six recesses with vented cases ensures safe touch temperatures,
• Element temperature of 450°C achieved and three 0.5” (12.7mm) support rods available,
• Removes sparking associated with mechanical switching,
• Maximum heat transfer and support provided by the oil heating element suspended within a thermal insulating cartridge,
• Readily replaceable heater cartridge,
• Safety earth (ground) screen encloses the heaters for additional operator protection,
• Safety of touching the unit ensured by unique air flow,
• Power “ON” is indicated by pilot lamps.
