Product Description

The MRC Labs VIS-9 Digital Viscometer is an intelligent instrument employing a 16-bit microprocessor controlling a stepper motor with a torsion sensor, driving rotor rotation at a constant speed to ensure stable operation based on the microprocessor set-up program. 

Four rotors are provided to detect and measures the viscous resistance of a range of liquids.

Applications

It can show measured value’s percentage rate of the entire measuring range, which is convenient for the user to choose appropriate rotor and speed for accurate measurement. It is widely used in the measurement of viscosity on solvent-based adhesives, emulsions, bio-chemicals, paints, coating, cosmetics, printing inks, paper pulp, food, starch, etc.
