Do the 20 L and 40 L ratings apply to every material?

No. These capacities are based on water. Practical batch capacity decreases as viscosity, solids loading, impeller diameter, shaft length, and flow resistance increase.

What does the torque display show?

The LCD provides a real-time indication of mixing load, helping the operator observe changes in material resistance during a process. It is useful for process monitoring but should not be treated as a calibrated viscometer or precision torque-measurement instrument.

Does the SCI-Pro series include a support stand, shaft, or impeller?

No. The universal support stand, stirring shaft, and impeller are sold separately.

What happens if the stirrer is overloaded or the shaft becomes blocked?

The protection system activates a warning indication and automatically stops the motor. Reduce the selected speed or process load before restarting, and remove any physical obstruction before operating the stirrer again.

What does the RS-232 interface provide?

The RS-232 interface supports compatible computer control and data transmission. Software, cabling, operating-system compatibility, and specific data-logging functions should be confirmed for the intended installation.
